What time should I arrive for my booking?

We ask that all of our groups arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure that everyone is ready to go for your official start time.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept: Cash, Debit and most major Credit Cards.

I'm claustrophobic, can I still play?

Not to worry. Each of our rooms are larger than most peoples bedrooms. We also monitored each game, ensuring everything in the room is perfectly safe and enjoyable. Plus, you always have the option to leave the room if you feel you need to at any given time.

What makes you different from other escape rooms?

At Next Level Escape Rooms, we take that extra step to make all of our room the best they can possibly be. We have an incredibly talented team who have been in the industry for many years at the top of the game.

Do we play with strangers?

No, once you make your booking, it will be blocked just for your group to enjoy!

How hard is it?

Each of our rooms have a different level of difficulty, but the room descriptions will give you a better idea the levels of our rooms.

I need to cancel/change my booking…

Once you have booked a room, we have reserved a spot for you.
24+ Hour Notice:
There are no additional fees for rescheduling of games.
If you need to cancel, we can refund you or credit your deposit for a future Escape Room experience.
Less than 24 Hour Notice:
You will unfortunately be charged the cost of your deposit.

Can I be refused entry?

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any group or individual, at our own discretion. Unruly behavior, rudeness, staff abuse, intoxication, destruction of property and any toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
